Job Summary
A company that provides home health benefits management services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Post Acute Care Clinical Manager.
Must be able to:
- Supervise the Post-Acute Care team members
- Function as lead clinical resource to all associates
- Supervise all daily team activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with licensure in the state(s) of practice
- 4-6 years’ experience with thorough knowledge of healthcare, case management, etc.
- Knowledge of regulations in regard to Utilization Management and accreditation standards
