Job Summary
A home health benefits management services provider has a current position open for a Remote Post Acute Care Medical Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide education to UM team
- Conduct medical necessity reviews
- Successfully complete and pass Inter-rater reliability testing and random case audits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel as needed
- 5 years plus experience in an area of relevant clinical practice
- 3 years plus experience with supporting utilization management reviews
- Active ABIM or ABMS specialty board certification(s)
- MD or DO with an active and unencumbered Florida medical license
