Job Summary
A home health benefits management services provider has a current position open for a Remote Post Acute Care Nurse Liaison Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the Post-Acute Program
- Providing team leadership across one or multiple geographic markets
- Working with Learning and Development to develop training tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates of Science in Nursing
- Licensed in the state PAC services are being rendered
- Active unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Five years' experience with thorough knowledge of managed care regulations
- Previous Case Management experience
