A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Post Close Mortgage Lending Specialist II in Jacksonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing closed loan packages to ensure that documents are correctly signed
  • Performing a detailed post-closing analysis of closed loan packages
  • Responding to requests and prepare case binders for any loan files

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) to five (5) years’ title, settlement services or mortgage experience.
  • Systematic and Diligent
  • You have a keen focus on the details and like to follow a plan
  • Flexible and Hardworking
