Job Summary

A lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Post Closing Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing and satisfying escalated post-closing investor conditions
• Collaborating with investors to sell loans in a timely manner
• Performing a post-closing review of the final Closing Disclosure

Qualifications for this position include:

• Firm understanding of MS Word, Excel and other mortgage-related software
• Ability to review Non-Delegated Correspondent closing packages for purchase
• Ability to communicate escalations and concerns to the Post Closing Manager
• Ability to clearly and reasonably judge the work of others
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills
• Superb organizational and customer service skills
