Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Director of Post Closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a post-closing team responsible for clearing all post-closing conditions across various loan types
• Maintain post-closing pipeline health and oversee final document custody and collateral delivery
• Partner with underwriting on escalated credit issues and implement controls to improve loan quality

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Prior experience supervising a post-closing team with accountability for investor purchase timelines
• Strong underwriting background with experience restructuring loans to investor guidelines
• Experience working with correspondent investors and managing final documents
• Proficiency in Encompass and investor delivery systems including FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac tools
