Job Summary
A multi state community-focused bank needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Post Closing Specialist III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working with various business partners to resolve errors, discrepancies and ultimately obtain required mortgage insurance
- Assisting the PC Specialist IIs in researching and resolving loan discrepancies.
- Identifying risk-related issues needing escalation to management
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate's degree and a minimum of two years' mortgage experience
- 4 years of higher education/work experience,
- Ability to quickly grasp new applications and vendor websites
- Strong PC skills, spreadsheet software skills
