Job Summary

A financial mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Post Funding Specialist I.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver loan file inventory to investors based on document bundles and stack delivery requirements
  • Ensure payment of VA funding fees, FHA upfront mortgage insurance premium
  • Actively manage and follows-up on delivery, insuring, and Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) pipeline

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the mortgage industry; minimum of 2 years
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with the loan sale requirements of a variety of mortgage loan products
