Job Summary

A computing software firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Post Implementation Software Manager in Orlando.

Must be able to:

  • Provide Global Support Center data (trends, findings, suggestions) on a regular basis
  • Provide post-go-live support and guidance
  • Act as the primary point of contact

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) as deemed necessary
  • 2-4 years Life sciences industry experience
  • Direct experience with systems such as Medidata RAVE, Oracle InForm, etc
  • Previous client management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
