Job Summary
A non-profit youth development organization. is in need of a Remote Postsecondary Workforce Pathways Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working on the new collaborations among member organizations
- Working on fundraising & communications
- Ensuring that the collective efforts of our Alliance community leads to sustainable and significant impact
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience leading systemic change efforts and designing/facilitating collective action spaces
- Field-recognized leader with 10+ years senior leadership in postsecondary to workforce issue area(s)
- Experience working in and/or supporting nonprofit organizations working on postsecondary success and/or workforce development
- Deep knowledge of the policy and practice landscape and the ability to utilize that knowledge to inform our work and our systemic change choices
- Experienced manager and leader, ability to work cross-functionally, strong action-orientation and accountability for results
- Effective written and verbal communication, including translating complex issues to multiple audiences internally and externally
