Job Summary

A non-profit youth development organization. is in need of a Remote Postsecondary Workforce Pathways Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working on the new collaborations among member organizations
• Working on fundraising & communications
• Ensuring that the collective efforts of our Alliance community leads to sustainable and significant impact

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience leading systemic change efforts and designing/facilitating collective action spaces
• Field-recognized leader with 10+ years senior leadership in postsecondary to workforce issue area(s)
• Experience working in and/or supporting nonprofit organizations working on postsecondary success and/or workforce development
• Deep knowledge of the policy and practice landscape and the ability to utilize that knowledge to inform our work and our systemic change choices
• Experienced manager and leader, ability to work cross-functionally, strong action-orientation and accountability for results
• Effective written and verbal communication, including translating complex issues to multiple audiences internally and externally
