Job Summary
A digital advertising service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote PR Client Service Director in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building client relationships with an eye to expanding our book of business with each client
- Overseeing multiple PR account teams to ensure we're meeting our client KPIs
- Helping train new PR team members on our tools, systems, processes, and methodologies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Technologically inclined, including learning new tools quickly and training others
- Excellent organizational skills, including management of teams of 5 to 20 people
- Excellent written skills, especially in creative PR pitch writing at high speed
- 10+ years work experience at a PR agency (or else in-house experience at a fast-growing startup or prominent brand)
- Ability to command respect with charisma at client meetings
