Job Summary
A media and information technology company is in need of a Remote Practical Law Legal Editor.
Must be able to:
- Research, draft, edit, and publish state-specific corporate and M&A resources
- Review and edit state-specific corporate and M&A resources
- Develop ideas for new state corporate content to be published
Qualifications for this position include:
- J.D. from an accredited institution
- Strong academic credentials
- Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years’ experience working as an attorney in a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Excellent writing and drafting skills
- Excellent IT and organizational skills
