A healthcare solution provider has a current position open for a Remote Practice Management Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting product management with scoping and prioritizing requirements
- Working collaboratively with the engineering and product team to develop and release software solutions
- Documenting business process inefficiencies with quantifiable metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (business administration, computer science, engineering, healthcare or related degree
- 2+ years of related SaaS experience, creating functional requirements via cases/user stories,
- Knowledge of medical billing and experience using practice management software is required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of the SDLC
- Creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
