Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Practice Manager to lead and enhance Chronic Care Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for compliance and efficiency in Chronic Care Management services
• Oversee patient enrollment, billing, and ongoing engagement processes while ensuring compliance with Medicare requirements
• Support training and quality standards for staff and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient patient onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing operations in a small practice or healthcare setting, particularly with Medicare programs
• Strong knowledge of Medicare billing, coding, and compliance requirements
• Experience overseeing clinical and non-clinical processes in a healthcare environment
• Deep knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management principles and expertise in RCM platforms
• Proven ability to design and scale practice workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
