Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote Practice Supervised Fieldwork Associate Professor Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating and overseeing student and supervisor orientation, student registration
• Coordinating supervisory services provided by both 1:1 and group mentors
• Mentoring students in 1:1 and group settings and a reduced teaching course load may be assigned

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to Boston periodically
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field required, PhD preferred
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) in good standing
• Meets Behavior Analysis Certification Board standards for providing supervision
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts or assigned geographic region or licensure eligible
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing supervision to students seeking Board Certification
