Job Summary

A non-profit education organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pre-arrival Advisor .

Must be able to:

• Manage a portfolio of student participants through an advising session and on-going email communications, phone and video calls
• Act as the main point of contact and provide excellent service to student participants throughout the pre-arrival experience
• Support students through all parts of the pre-arrival process; including registration for an academic course and housing

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years’ experience advising college students and/or career services
• 1+ years’ experience working with international student populations
