Job Summary
A healthcare services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pre Legal Specialist in Frisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
- Acting as liaison between the Business Office, Legal Department, Client and outside counsel
- Preparing agenda and assisting with facilitation of Client calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in medical billing, collections, appeals, legal department and/or contract interpretation
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R
- Excellent working knowledge of Patient Financial Services operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong technical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
