Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Pre Pay Principal Data Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the data steward to gather information to be used for analytics
- Leading discovery processes for healthcare claims
- Applying advanced machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7 years of experience manipulating large structured datasets
- 7 years of experience with hands-on modeling skills
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in machine learning, computer science, (bio) statistics, applied statistics, etc
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new concepts
- Knowledge of modeling techniques, such as ensemble modeling, ANN, SVM, Random Forests, Deep Learning
