Job Summary
An education benefits provider has an open position for a Remote Pre Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing operational “run the business” support for each GTM function
- Designing, operationalizing and maintaining compensation plans, including design of territories, setting of quotas and administering of commissions
- Leading deep-dive root cause analysis on specific, high-priority business challenges
