Remote Preapproval Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Preapproval Specialist/Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and verify data accuracy
• Analyze income, DTI, credit, and loan structure for pre-approval
• Issue pre-qualification and pre-approval letters and maintain organized pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer, with recent experience within the last 11 months
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
• Skilled in income calculation and AUS guideline review
• Tech savvy; experience with LendingPad, Arive, and Monday.com preferred
• Must be comfortable working remotely on video with a collaborative team
