Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer to work remotely and assist borrowers with loan applications and pre-qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Contact leads and assist borrowers in the prequalification process
Analyze loan applications, income, and credit to issue pre-approval letters
Maintain organized pipeline management and ensure clean handoff to processing

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer
Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
Skilled in income calculation and AUS guideline review
Tech savvy; experience with LendingPad, Arive, and Monday.com preferred
Comfortable working remotely on video with a collaborative team
