Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Precast Engineering Head.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of ~50 people and growing across several disciplines, including 3-5 Engineering Managers
- Guide a hiring pipeline that spans across different workforce contract providers
- Set all-Engineering-level goals and standards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have managed 30+ people with a management tier
- Know both Salesforce and MEAN stack development
- Know caching and large scale enterprise deployment strategies
- Comfortable with AWS
- Have led a company through diligence processes related to financings or exits
