Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Preclinical Content Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead in the overall vision, strategy, and execution of pre-clinical content development
- Determine the scope and objectives of the curriculum for pre-clinical content
- Recruit and onboard world-class Faculty Authors and Subject Matter Experts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-clinical education and/or curriculum design and development
- 3+ years of experience managing teams (ideally including distributed teams)
- Experience researching and understanding the needs of consumers
- Experience mentoring, coaching, inspiring and developing people
- Passionate about learning and making a positive impact on the world
- Ability to embody the Agile philosophy
