A software company has a current position open for a Remote Preferred Success Functional Specialist in Philadelphia .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing content such as video and materials for internal and external parties
  • Advising the Global Customer Success Group with expert Cloud knowledge
  • Acting as an SME for a SAP Cloud solution thereby providing functional and product expert knowledge

Qualifications Include:

  • 40% Expected Travel
  • Minimum 3-7 (T3) years of working experience with cloud-based applications
  • University undergraduate degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering or comparable educational background
  • Broad and demonstrated technical knowledge related to SAP Cloud solutions
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
