Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote PreFund Loan Auditor.

Must be able to:

  • Review Pre-Fund loans, analyzing income/asset/credit/collateral/compliance documents
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA/USDA/Nations Lending Guidelines
  • Communicate audit findings to UWs and UW Managers

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA Underwriting experience
  • Ability to analyze risk factors/layered risk within loan files
  • FHA CHUMS #
