An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a PreLicensing HealthCare Insurance Representative in Ogden.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Identifying customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting the customer with the correct price plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-year Customer service experience minimum
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
