Job Summary
An education solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Premium Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for handling technical and non-technical customer queries
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with domestic and international customers
- Supporting administrators, instructors, teaching assistants, exam takers and proctors of education products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to quickly pick up new tools and software
- Willing to become an expert in our product and the world of higher education
- Passion for customer and user experience
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material and possess excellent judgment
