Job Summary

A data management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Premium Data Support Engineer in Santa Clara.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as case manager for customers subscribed to the premium program
  • Provide empirical-based guidance to make informed decisions for the long-term health of distributed solutions
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the Worldwide Support Team working with your customers

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time is required
  • BA / BS / MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 7+ years in an application development or database administrative role
  • 5+ years of experience with traditional RDBMS or NoSQL databases including data modeling
  • 2+ years of experience with Apache Cassandra
  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, or delivering solutions on Linux
