A mass media company has a current position open for a Remote Premium Product Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing telephone support for assigned accounts
  • Providing proactive service
  • Reviewing all released patches

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office user experience
  • Direct Tax ONESOURCE software, CorpTax or other related softwares
  • Subject matter expert in area of direct income tax
  • Detail oriented and client-focused quality account management
