A provider of cloud software support needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Premium Service Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and greet customers
- Determining scope of customer issue in an effective and professional manner
- Managing credit card processing when necessary
