Job Summary

A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Premium Support Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving the renewal of all entitlements and solution footprint for your customers
  • Managing customer lifecycle to ensure customer's business goals are met
  • Providing expert level escalation management techniques

Required Skills:

  • Some travel may be required to assigned customer locations
  • University Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP/CISM/Security +) desired
  • At least 3 years' experience within the information technology industry
  • Expertise in service delivery or account management in a post and presales environment
  • Proven experience in developing relationships at senior levels within large organizations
