Job Summary
A financial company is seeking a Remote Prepaid Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage Service Managers to ensure the work produced meets product/service standards
- Work with peers and Service Managers to oversee the daily contact center operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Eight to ten years as an Operations Manager experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Passion for customer service and ability to multitask
