Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Prepaid Program Account Analyst I.
Must be able to:
- Analyze prepaid program account activity and balances to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies
- Ensure new program funding flows and reconciliations are created according to business policies
- Analyze account activity and balance of accounts and utilize processor reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Able to analyze prepaid program account activity and balances
- Able to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies
- Able to research the prepaid program to determine the cause and appropriate resolution process
