Job Summary

A meal subscription company is filling a position for a Remote Prepared Meals Customer Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and support the Customer Success team
  • Lead efforts to improve customer experience by designing and testing systems
  • Create, build and implement processes, systems and tools to aid and empower customer experience

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4 or more years of work experience in a customer-impacting environment
  • 3 or more years in a management capacity
  • Experience performing frontline support for a rapidly growing company
  • Training experience with a supportive management style
  • Experience using Zendesk, or other support ticket analytics
