Job Summary
A meal subscription company is filling a position for a Remote Prepared Meals Customer Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and support the Customer Success team
- Lead efforts to improve customer experience by designing and testing systems
- Create, build and implement processes, systems and tools to aid and empower customer experience
Position Requirements Include:
- 4 or more years of work experience in a customer-impacting environment
- 3 or more years in a management capacity
- Experience performing frontline support for a rapidly growing company
- Training experience with a supportive management style
- Experience using Zendesk, or other support ticket analytics
