An IT and professional staffing and services company is filling a position for a Remote Presale Support Analyst in Carmel.

Must be able to:

• Monitor email and help enter new sales opportunities
• Track the progress of analytic requests and ensure timely delivery
• Provide exceptional client service

Required Skills:

• Solid computer skills, including Excel, and aptitude for learning new programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed
• Strong team player; able to thrive in a matrix environment; experience collaborating with multiple matrix partners
