Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Prescription Services Call Contact Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
- Creating Prescription cases and determine coverage, determination and appeals process
- Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior call center experience
- Availability for remote workspace audits
- Highspeed and reliable Internet connection
- Quiet and focused work environment
- Able to display soft skills while moving the call forward
