A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Prescription Services Call Contact Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
  • Creating Prescription cases and determine coverage, determination and appeals process
  • Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards

Position Requirements Include:

  • Prior call center experience
  • Availability for remote workspace audits
  • Highspeed and reliable Internet connection
  • Quiet and focused work environment
  • Able to display soft skills while moving the call forward
