Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is seeking a Remote Prescription Services Customer Care Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
- Utilizing multiple software systems to create Prescription cases
- Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge of relevant and changing Clients guidance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior call center experience
- Availability for remote workspace audits
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload
- Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications
- Critical thinker/problem solver
