Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Presence Detection Applications Engineer in Minneapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and analyzing technology trends and customer industry needs
  • Providing Tier 2 level and post-production technical support
  • Conducting technical training inclusive of customer, sales, and other training needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to train and support in-person
  • Ability to work alternative schedules including weekend, and on-call hours
  • 4+ years of experience
  • 3-5 years in installation of Industrial Systems in Logistics, Factory or Process Automation
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet
