Job Summary
A wholesale and consumer lending agency has a current position open for a Remote Presidents Office Mortgage Loan Customer Service Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Interface with customers and customer representatives regarding complaints
- Track and research customer complaints
- Draft written responses to customer complaints
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5 years’ residential mortgage servicing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer and Excel
