Job Summary
A musical instrument manufacturing company is in need of a Remote PreSonus Lifecycle Customer Relationship Management Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing retention strategy and related channel roadmaps
- Driving A/B testing and multivariate testing with long-term control groups to identify the impacts of complete lifecycle programming
- Working closely with Technology and Marketing teams on analysis and reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5-7 years in lifecycle/CRM, email marketing and/or automation marketing roles
- Familiarity with PreSonus and/or competitive brand’s products and software
- Experience in marketing automation strategy
- Expert in CRM and MarTech tools
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavior and consumer insights
- Background in content planning, briefing and strategy
