Job Summary
A life insurance company is seeking a Remote Pricing and Product Development Actuary Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing feasibility analysis, design, and pricing of new products
- Coordinating with all stakeholders, including marketing/sales, investment management, valuation, risk management and legal
- Supporting other areas through full product implementation
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor degree in actuarial science, finance, mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience
- FSA with 8+ years of actuarial work experience, with a combined minimum of 3 years of retail annuity pricing and modeling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to manage long-term projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience preparing presentations seeking management approval, especially in PowerPoint
- All other requirements necessary for this position
