A real estate services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pricing Prediction Head in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining and executing an 18-month plan to drive excellence
- Setting and driving a long-running pricing research agenda
- Managing a growing team through layers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end modeling lifecycle
- 5+ years of management experience
- Background in: spatiotemporal modeling, macroeconomic modeling, or stochastic modeling
- Exceptional ability to translate between business and technical audiences
- Exceptional people management abilities and instincts
