A real estate services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pricing Prediction Head in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Defining and executing an 18-month plan to drive excellence
• Setting and driving a long-running pricing research agenda
• Managing a growing team through layers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end modeling lifecycle
• 5+ years of management experience
• Background in: spatiotemporal modeling, macroeconomic modeling, or stochastic modeling
• Exceptional ability to translate between business and technical audiences
• Exceptional people management abilities and instincts
