Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide continuity of care to patients with a wide range of acuity
- Provide exceptional care for your panel of patients (18+) virtually (phone, messaging, video)
- Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with other providers where necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Located in Los Angeles and willingness to practice in-person
- DNP, FNP or ENP from an accredited nursing school
- Licensed in California
- Located in Los Angeles and willingness to practice in-person
- 5+ years of primary care experience; specialty in Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
