Job Summary

A human capital management software company has an open position for a Remote Principal Artificial Intelligence Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building, deploying and maintaining code and models in alignment with our MLOps process
• Serving as a Technical Lead on both green-field projects as well as to retrofit existing products with enhanced intelligence
• Recommending new technologies, architectures and patterns beyond our existing stack

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative field
• 6 or more years total general experience in software/database development, data governance/stewardship or related field
• Good soft skills: communications, influencing and leadership in particular
• Tenacious, solution focused, adaptable to rapid change, and ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• 2 or more years direct experience as a lead engineer on Machine Learning or;
