Job Summary

A real estate and rental platform is in need of a Remote Principal Backend Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Help architect, implement and review new solutions to solve pressing business problems and improve the overall performance and reliability of our marketplace
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking team of engineers and problem solvers to help move an entire industry forward by creating modern APIs and systems

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated excellent communicator with ability to collaborate closely with internal and external partners on a broad range of technical and business topics
• Proven enthusiastic learner with a passion for solving problems and delivering value to our company and partners
• Demonstrated self-motivated do-er of things and solver of problems
• 7+ years of professional experience with Python and SQL
• Proven outstanding debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated top notch code and solution review skills
