Job Summary
A global biopharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Principal Clinical Development Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading or supporting the clinical sub team and oversee the design and execution of multiple clinical studies or clinical programs
- Representing Clinical Development on the Global Program Team (GPT) and in presentations at management and review committees
- Determining appropriate advisory boards experts and lead the team in preparation for meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced scientific degree (M.S., Ph.D., Pharm D., MPH or similar degree)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience in an academic or clinical research setting
- Understanding of general (and specific) therapeutic principles
- Experience designing and executing industry-sponsored clinical trials
- Broad experience in the principles of clinical trial methodology, statistics, data analysis and interpretation
- Expert in scientific literature searches and weighing of quality peer reviewed data
