Job Summary

A synthetic biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Principal Compensation Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing expert advice and consultation internal partners
  • Pro-actively developing consultative and collaborative, solutions-oriented relationships with HR partners
  • Becoming a trusted, “go-to” resource for challenging, varied, and random cash compensation issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years as a compensation analyst in a publicly traded company or a large private professional organization
  • VB and/or SQL queries a plus
