Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Principal Content Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet service release dates and client deliverables
- Maintaining a library of service documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use
- Learning complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
- Strong Solution architect background would be preferred
- Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill
- Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference
- Project Management, Influencing and problem solving skills, Git, Web Design
- Technical Writing, Confluence, Jira, Python, Tableau, Business Analysis experience is desired
