Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Remote Principal Content Strategist Virtual Assistant in Smithfield.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Championing content strategy standards across the teams you support
- Developing and promoting a content development process for the chatbot
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, natural language processing analysts, UX designers, researchers, developers, and business partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences
- A minimum of 5 years experience in digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy
- High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple workstreams at once
- Experience in financial services or another industry that is complex, multi-channel, and regulated
