A computer software company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Costpoint Cloud Ops Apps Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot problems, provide software fault diagnosis, and resolve operational issues
  • Manage SaaS server/storage deployments i
  • Schedule and Deliver virtual server maintenance and software upgrades

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to work rotating scheduled weekend maintenance
  • 4+ years combined experience with Costpoint and Costpoint Enterprise Reporting
  • 7+ years supporting enterprise computing platforms and systems
  • Ability to interact with high level business and IT executives i
  • Experience with public SaaS providers
  • Experience with automated deployment technologies
